By placing an order with Seld you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Seld to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offered purchase of goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Seld for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.


We accept online payment in a secure environment. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, JCB and SOLO. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax and VAT. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.


You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days of receipt, where a full refund will be given.


Seld really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund. An exchange or refund will only be offered within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We ask that the items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt , unused and with all the original tags and packaging intact. A return form can be downloaded from the website . Alternatively, we can e-mail a return form to you on request. Please complete and enclose the Return form with your delivery and please tell us why you are dissatisfied.


In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately on 01654 767475 or email returns@seld.co.uk


Unfortunately we can not be responsible for the return postage and recommend that when you post the goods that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.


To help with your return delivery, the delivery companies we use are Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
